HOW IT works

01. FILL OUT THE INQUIRY FORM

Tell us about your event—date, location, and theme—and share what you'd like the clear acrylic magazine cover to say. You can even upload inspiration photos to help us match your vision.
02. APPROVE YOUR DESIGN + SECURE

We’ll send a custom design mock-up of your magazine front, along with a personalized rental quote. Once approved, you’ll receive a full proposal and invoice. A 50% deposit secures your rental, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
03. WE DELIVER THE MAGIC

We’ll deliver the Magazine Booth to your venue, fully assembled and styled. After the event, we’ll return to pick it up—no work required on your end.

Yes! You’ll receive a full digital mock-up for approval before anything is printed or finalized.
The booth is approx. 8 ft tall x 6.5 ft wide x 4 ft deep. Please allow enough space for setup and photos.
Yes. We handle both delivery and retrieval so you can focus on your event.
The standard rental includes 4 hours of event time. You’ll let us know your event schedule on the form, and we’ll coordinate setup and pickup around it. Need more time? Additional hours can be added for a fee.
The Magazine Booth can be used outdoors only if the area is covered, level, and protected from wind and rain. We’ll confirm suitability before booking.
